Website shopping analytics notice

HB Gadget BD uses limited, first-party website analytics to understand which products customers explore and where the online shopping experience can be improved.

What is collected

We record anonymous website visit events, product views and clicks, add-to-cart activity, checkout started/completed/error events, referring channel (such as Facebook, Google or direct), device category, and an approximate region inferred from the website request. A temporary random session identifier helps estimate visitor journeys.

What is not sent to this analytics system

We do not intentionally send your name, phone number, email address, shipping address, payment details, customer notes, or order ID to this separate analytics dataset. Customer information supplied to place an order is handled separately as part of order processing.

Storage and retention

These analytics events are processed using Cloudflare Pages Functions and Workers Analytics Engine. Cloudflare documents an approximately three-month retention period for Workers Analytics Engine. The analytics dataset is accessed only through our restricted management reporting service.

Privacy preferences

Our analytics script honours browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Analytics can also be limited by your browser's tracking and script controls. Some visits may not be included in our reports.
